Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Don Not Done website and the private Don Not Done Content Automation.

1. Purpose

The Automation is a creator-controlled workflow used to organize, analyze, prepare, schedule, publish, and track media across authorized services.

2. Authorized use

Users must have the legal right and required permissions to access any account, file, media, music, trademark, or other content used with the Automation. The Automation must not be used to access accounts or data without authorization or to violate applicable law or third-party terms.

3. Content rights

Creators retain rights in content they own. Using the Automation does not transfer ownership of creator content to Don Not Done. Users remain responsible for confirming sufficient rights to publish media, music, images, text, or other material.

4. Third-party services

The Automation depends on third-party platforms and APIs that may include Google services, Make, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Metricool, and AI processing services. Those services can change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features independently of Don Not Done.

5. Availability and changes

The website and Automation may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time as external APIs, platform requirements, or the workflow changes.

6. No warranty

The website and Automation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automated publishing, scheduling, media processing, analytics, and integrations can fail or behave differently because of network conditions, API changes, permissions, quotas, or other factors outside Don Not Done's control.

7. Privacy

Use of Google user data and other information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Contact
